Allen Drexel honored with New York City Bar Association’s 2016 Arthur S. Leonard Prize

At a ceremony held June 23, 2016 at the New York City Bar Association, Allen received the Association’s Arthur S. Leonard Prize, a career honor recognizing his “tireless efforts on behalf of the LGBT Community.”  NYCBA singled out for special recognition Allen’s co-authorship of the influential report 1,324 Reasons for Marriage Equality (a joint publication of NYCBA and the Empire State Pride Agenda), his co-chairmanship of NYCBA’s LGBT Rights Committee from 2005 to 2008, and his founding of Drexel LLC.
